Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving their order.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@luviawellness.com with your order number.

Opened Products

Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund. All opened items are considered final sale.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.

Verified damaged or defective products will be replaced or credited toward a future purchase.

Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products, except for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Luvia Wellness is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses.

Orders returned due to an invalid or incomplete address may require the customer to pay additional shipping fees.
